Gulf Coast Housing Partnership

Gulf Coast Housing Partnership (GCHP) is a nonprofit real estate development company created in 2006 by the Housing Partnership Network, a business alliance of the nation’s most accomplished affordable housing developers and lenders, to provide industry expertise and services that support the development of high quality affordable housing and community impact real estate in the Gulf Coast region. It focuses efforts on creating quality of life communities and safe, healthy, affordable housing for low-to moderate income working families and individuals, persons with special needs, seniors and the homeless or those at risk of becoming homeless.

In nine short years GCHP has grown from a start-up organization with $250,000 in grant funds to having assets of over $100,000,000.

GHCP is using its current DRFUS $500,000 loan as an internal pool to fund acquisition, predevelopment and bridge financing for GCHP affordable housing and related commercial and community impact real estate development that incorporates units and/or services for individuals with disabilities and are located within areas impacted by disasters.
